Duties:
- Issuing transportation orders by prior arrangement via phone, email, or on the TRANS UE Transport Exchange. Conditions for transportation: loading and unloading date and location, tariff, payment terms
- Loading coordination
- Archiving documents after customs clearance
- Collaboration with the accounting department – providing information on invoices, payments, and contracts
- Determining the location of railcars
- Collaboration with the sales department
- Transporting products and overseeing the most efficient delivery routes (grains, biomass)
- Organizing road transportation using dump trucks, sliding floor trailers, and silo trailers
- Administrative management of the carrier database
- Creating budgets for expenses related to concluded commercial contracts
- Searching for and negotiating with new subcontractors
- Fostering positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, sales department, and project implementation department
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience (preferably in the field)

Language proficiency: Polish, Russian/Ukrainian/English (optional)
- Mobility/flexibility (ability to travel)
